So I have moved to edmonton, and I am going to NAIT.
But I am behind in updating my journal so here is going to be a big image dump!

Here is my latest figure! he took me about 12 hours to finish. Im really happy about how it all came together.

I have a lot more figures planned for this summer so keep an eye open for them!

So finals are offically done and im at a new job. thankfully my new job gives me more time to do claying and stuff so hopefully ill be updating more often now. this is just a quick blurb to to say "no im not dead" and this is my newest figure!

Hey!
So its been a while since I last updated, I have been really busy with school and papers and my art class. I finally got my camera out and took pics of my art that I have done. So here is it! (ive found a love of using ink)






So there you have it! my art up to now! hope you like!

Here is the finished figure that i was working on!
He's so cute!
   
His hair was a bit of a challenge but the making the hat made me scratch my head the most.  I ended up buy money rolls for loonies and cut it to the height i wanted the had wrapped the clay around the paper tube and then made the brim by using a circle cutter of two different sizes.  I really love how the hair turned out! a challenge but so fun!

So im back to doing some claying between homework and sleep and work. Ive started my friends figure of shirogane
for those who are not used to anime this is a man, a very pretty  man. i think that the hardest part will be his hair (it defies gravity!) so im thinking a wire base should do the trick. i still need to go and get some jewellers glue as well because regular super glue and me have not been getting along lately...
But enough of me im sure its the pictures you really want to see!

i hope you can see the shoes in this pic, they are so cute! (the multicolour part is getting covered up....)
On to the characters cane! there is a little skull face in the head of the cane. im really happy with how it turned out. (its soooooo tiny!)
the main body of the cane is a small skewer cut down to size and then painted with black ink.
